Introduction

Welcome to the user manual for TradeGateERP Assent. This document provides instructions on how to use the features and functionalities of the app.

Getting Started

To begin using Assent, follow these steps:

1. Download and install the app from the Apple App Store / Android Play Store
2. Launch the app from your device's home screen.
3. Sign in with your account credentials given by the company

Features

Assent provides the following features:

• This app is used for Transaction Approval/Release of Transactions created using TradeGateERP

Using the App

Once you have launched Assent, you can perform the following actions:

• Action 1: create a New Identity
• Action 2: in the Identity creation screen , fill in the details provided by your company
• Action 3: once the information is entered , save the entries and from home screen select the Identity.
• Action 4: click on the Login button to Login to the desired Company

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues while using Assent, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Troubleshooting Step 1: please check the credintials you are provided are correct
• Troubleshooting Step 2: check the endpoints you are given are correct and the endpoints are ending with '/'.
• Troubleshooting Step 3: check the organisationID provided is correct
• Troubleshooting Step 4: check for the internet connectivity
